We are not responsible for errors made in spelling submitted by the customer. Please confirm the spelling is correct before you place your order.

If your item arrives damaged please file a claim with USPS.

Please do not send any items back as they will not be accepted.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES YOU MIGHT ASK?

Each item is crafted and personalized to your liking therefore we cannot resell it, that's why we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through them.

Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements from Sincerely, Pam. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.
